The Job Market has been weird for the past two years...

And it's not going to get back to what used to be deemed "Normal" any time soon. Perhaps it will Never get back to what "used to be". So, like the critters during the last "ice age"--we better adapt quickly, or we will find our jobs, our careers, our livelihoods extinct.
